I’m in the process of driving a comprehensive product design system migration to enhance visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability. Alongside this, I’m conducting heuristic evaluations, facilitating design sprints, and partnering with global cross-functional teams to continuously refine workflows and improve feature discoverability. My ongoing focus includes advancing self-service UX, performance design, and interactive data visualization to elevate usability across the product suite. I’m also mentoring a distributed design team, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture rooted in user-centric thinking.

Led the design and development of heat exchangers, including customer need identification, concept design, and coordination with customers and suppliers. Introduced new technologies and managed new vehicle development projects through APQP processes. Prepared 3D models and 2D drawings using Pro-E Wildfire 3.0, along with DFMEA, BOM preparation, and DVP documentation.

Guided design engineers and managed a team to execute design and development activities, ensuring seamless project execution. Represented the engineering function in cross-functional APQP teams for product development.

Oversaw design validation at in-house and supplier facilities, created detailed 2D drawings with GD&T for manufacturing and supported prototype activities for engine cooling systems to meet customer requirements.
