The client approached us to design a SaaS-based B2B restaurant management brand after a merger, and they were looking to create a holistic experience for all the modules: Point of Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Table Management Edge App. After intensive user testing and surveys, we developed a seamless interface by reducing onboarding time, prioritizing functionalities, and optimizing the visual design to provide a differentiated experience within the category.
My contribution
I led the project, covering everything from creating the proposal, costing, and project planning to delivering the designs to the development team. This included UX research, a branding workshop, establishing the brand proposition, ideation, concept development, wireframing, visual design, animation development, and offering support throughout the development process.
