The Healthcube diagnostic platform helps perform diagnostics in remote and underserved areas, connecting doctors, health workers, and patients through a single portal. The app was designed to reduce the effort required to diagnose patients for multiple conditions and tests, making it easy for health workers to log the results and for doctors to monitor the reports. Visual design with simplified iconography and interactions was implemented to minimize distractions during the testing process.
My contribution
I was involved in the project from the initial stages of gathering stakeholder requirements to handing over the design to the developers. Our tasks included primary research synthesis & analysis, secondary research, brainstorming, scoping, prioritization, information architecture, workflow design, ideation, creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, developing visual designs, adapting the design, and providing support for usability testing.
